I've noticed that too. It seems that when there is a long line of code the code window grows and shifts to the left to give it as much room as possible.
That's what I thought as well, but shouldn't left pane be a fixed one?
Well, I think VBCODE should be just put into the same kind of textbox all other stuff are... CODE, QUOTE and so on. But I guess it might be too much of a coding work to do?
I can now confirm: that behaviour is definitely caused by VBCODE tags.
Personally, I can leave with that - it's just doesn't look right.
Also happens with large images ;).

Images - yes we can do that, but smaller fonts may force you to use a magnifying glass besides regular reading ones that you might already have. :p
