Hello
I would like to make my own logon application. But then I have to know how you can pause the startup and then start windows(if password correct) or don't start up windows (if password incorrect).
Someone who can help me?

We run XP now. The XP server launches our C++ script for logon to the network. Tried VB but was to slow.
Damn, we would like to logon on our NOVELL network with eID..
my idea so far:
- start windows, and as FIRST task starting my own logon appl.
- my own logon appl. (reading eID and asking for PIN)
- start win or shut down (depending on result previous step)
Maybe this is faster, what are your experiences? I guess you tried several options loggin on to your network..

NOVELL, I have not played with that in seven years.
I can not help with that, but I know it can be done. I know a guy that works at a place that has 3 NT (XP by now) domains run over 16 NOVELL domains.
it can be done.... good news! :bigyello:
