Automation of Letters using Data Report

For one of our mini-project , we needed to do this things >

Generate a offer letter for a cutomer automatically based on a few details like customer name , price, delivery terms etc which has to be filled up in runtime. The basic template is the same always .

We are using VB6 as front end and Access as back end with DAO in between.

Can data reprts be used for the same or is Crystal report better ?

Remember since its a letter each record of the database has to come in a seperate page , so the data reprt will have n number of records in n number of pages.

Or can MS Office be linked with VB to enable this automation of letters !
