Package Error

My application is ready for use, so I've made an exe-file.
So far, so good.

Then I've made a package from my project and exe-file.
Still no problem

When I want to install my package, i get an error that sounds like this:

The file ‘d:\winnt\profiles\xxx\locals~1\temp\msftqws.pdw\$(DLLSelfRegisterEx)’ could not be registered because it was not found.

Can someone help me with this?
