Activex to handle HTML Printing on browser

Hello VB Gurus ,
I am a Java developer and new to Activex , i have a strange requirement where in i have to print the HTML from a browser without printing the Header and footers on the page . thought of many things but Activex seems to be the correct option
2 things i can think of
1. A Activex that gets installed to the client machine and changes the registry to set the header and footer to NULL
2. A Activex that really controls the HTML Printing like the one on www.htmlprinting.com

Does anyone have a ready code or inputs on this ?

Not sure what exactly you mean by this. Can you post an URL of what you mean? Or a pic?

here is an example on internet on controlling header and footer:-

When u use the print option from File--> Menu on the IE it prints some default header and footer which i dont want . i cant control it using CSS / HTML so i need some activex control that can do this .
I can also change the settings from File --> Pagesetup which i dont want to use as i cant ask clients to do that.
