I am a visual basic programmer using SQL Server , Access on backend. I read and heard a lot about ERP, i have following question , if any one can guide me to the web address or provide me the material for below:

1- What is ERP ?
2- What ERP covers in an organization?
3- How to draw ERP diagram?
