Visual Component Manager

In my text is says:

To create a new (or second) repository in VCM right click on the VCM root and select Repository from the pop up menu. From the pop up menu you can either create a new repository or open an existing one.

Well, when I right click on it I get NOTHING. No pop up, not a thing.

Is:
1) My VCM broken
2) Maybe because I have the professional VB and not Enterprise it won't let me make more repositories?

I have VB6 Enterprise and when I right click on VCM in the left hand pane I get a popupmenu that does what you says it does. (Don't know what it's for though!!!)

So in that case, I think you may have answered yourself.
Either it doesn't work in VB6 prof, or yours is broken.
