Solved - managing About form

I am using About form and its link is through menu item as About.
how do I call it by menu item click?
I want to freeze main form existing below it while it displayed.
on clicking Ok button in About form it shall close and the form freezed to be active.

This will open the About Form (frmAbout) and display it Modaly so
it will retain the focus until closed (can't click on Form1).
