More icons in titlebar?????

Does anyone know how to add icons to the titlebar of an app?

I've seen Zipmagic 2000 and some other programs add their icon (with a popup-menu when you click it) to the titlebar (next to the 'minimize, 'maximize' and 'close' button) of EVERY application in Windows.

Is this something that can be done in Visual Basic??????

I've got the same problem. I can add a button to the titlebar of my own application, but I need to add one to an external application.
