Does anyone know if this is an aussie song ?
Definitition: this
Evidently not. :DQuote:
1.
1. Used to refer to the person or thing present, nearby, or just mentioned: This is my cat. These are my tools.
2. Used to refer to what is about to be said: Now don't laugh when you hear this.
3. Used to refer to the present event, action, or time: said he'd be back before this.
2. Used to indicate the nearer or the more immediate one: This is mine and that is yours.
There would be a telltale Australian accent if it was an aussie song as you put it. However since it has a blatantly London wideboy accent it tends to suggest that this is not the case.
I believe that the lyrics omit any reference to throwing shrimps on barbies, no mention at all of forcibly restraining large indigenous marsupials. I am also fairly certain that the man in the video is not wearing a large hat with corks hanging off it.
So, on balance, the chances of this record being of antipodean origin are slim at best.
Just sounds like he says:

Weird thing about aussies is we always have trust
The fact that the singer isnt a little digger also suggest he is not an Aussie
