[Resolved] Help with Algebra Problem

This is a question from a homework assignment:

Show that: 5ⁿ + 4*5ⁿ = 5ⁿ⁺¹

I've been trying to figure it out for about 15 minutes without any luck. Since this is homework, I don't want someone to just give me the answer, but if anyone has an hints that could push me in the right direction, it would be appreciated.

5^n + 4*5^n = 5^(n+1)
1*5^n + 4*5^n = 5^(n+1)

Need any more?

ah, I didn't even think to do that. So, incase anyone is as dumb as me and wants to know:

5ⁿ+4*5ⁿ = 5ⁿ⁺¹
1*5ⁿ+4*5ⁿ = 5ⁿ⁺¹
(1+4)*5ⁿ = 5ⁿ⁺¹
5*5ⁿ = 5ⁿ⁺¹
5ⁿ⁺¹ = 5ⁿ⁺¹
