I Think Mail Function Work With 25 Port

Put The Problem When The Mail connect To The Port What I Have To Send To it .. to Get The Mail Value( string to, string subject, string message )

Im sorry i dont understand what you are trying to do, are u trying to make a SMTP to intercept the emails?

Your english is horrid, so it's hard to make out your problem. Can you not send emails with VB or PHP? If not, have you setup a SMTP server? And is it working correctly? Your best bet would be to test your PHP mail functions on your ISPs servers which probably already have the SMTP server installed.
