Outlook Reminder Problem [Resolved]

I have a lot of reminders in my Outlook 2002 calendar. Recently I've started to notice two perhaps related problems.

• The reminders are not showing up on time even though I have the Reminder field checked. What is happening is that they are showing up in bunches several hours to several days late.
• When I go to the calendar the dates with reminders in the monthly calendar in the upper right hand corner are not bolded.

Any ideas?

I found some info at Microsoft. It suggested doing

Start->Run->Outlook /cleanreminders

I did that, put in a test reminder, and it worked..
