Depends from person to person, how well you pick up things.
It's slightly difficult at first, and then once you get past the VB6 mental block, it's easy.

I might decide to give it a go. Are there many advantages to it though? other then pure knowledge ...and being able to say "i know vb, vb.net ...etc"
p.s. I've done a search :) didn't like the old answers... :rolleyes:
Is it worth it? in a word, YES! I've hit walls in VB where .net fixes thoes problems. Safe threading, better error handling, etc...Quote:

Plus if your doing it for a living, .NET is the way to go because companies are going that way.
