Opinion needed [Resolved]

Is it a bad thing to use a panel for a splash screen? I have been considering this for some time because I started my program without a splash screen and now I want to use one and havent found a method to use form2 as a splash for form1. :cry:

I realize the panel wouldn't be as attractive but it would do the job. If anyone has pointers on how to get a normal splash working when form1 is already used as the main then i'm open to suggestions.

Create a module with a sub main and then load the splash screen and then form1. Pretty easy to do even with your existing form.
