I want fill the total amount in the "Y" column.

for example 1.4.5 is the subtotal of amount column..it is amount is 1500.oo. it is amount comes from
(1.4.5.1 = 500 + 1.4.5.2 = 500 + 1.4.5.3 = 500)
it is added manualy. how to handled in vb code.
i execute the programme then the value automaticaly updated in amount column..
how to write a code in vb?
any one give me sample code for this..
