Location of a Toolbar

Is there a way to have a toolbar automatically have its starting location set to be anywhere I want? If I change screen resolutions to like 800x600, the toolbar won't show because I developed in 1152x864. (It is way off somewhere else)

Any ideas?

That depends on how many buttons you have in your ToolBar. Alter the size of your icons in the ToolBar ImageList, make them smaller 16x16.
