I would be an a Shaolin munk (sp?)

Someone who could actually program or Gingernuts wife.
I would have loved to have been an astronaut but I never had (or ever could have had) the required physical ability so I'd settle for archeologist or astronomer.
I like astronomy. I have a telescope and star gaze when ever I can.Quote:

On June 8th there is a transit of Venus and they only happen every 70-120 years so it makes me very happy that I will get a chance to see it and it will make me very mad if it is cloudy on that day.
You can be my wife anytime :DQuote:

How big is your telescope? I've always been tempted to go out and buy one but since there is an observatory not too far from me I haven't.Quote:

It gives great views of the planets. You can see the rings on Staturn and on a clear night Jupiters red spot. I used to be able to see the Orion Nebular, Andromeda and various other galaxies. But since the view finder broke it has become extremeley difficult to find them.
If you are thinking about buying one I wouldn't recommend an electric one as part of the fun is looking at the star charts and finding things yourself - then again if you are a serious astronomer you will probably need one.
What a boring place - whos bright idea was it to make all the roads straight. :DQuote:
