Alternative ' char in SQL? [Resolved]

Is there an alternative to using the ' character in SQL? Since the ' character is used to parse the string objects in a Query, That kinda makes it tough to store Don't and Can't and other words of the type where you need the data to be stored grammatically correct?

Replace(strSQL, "'", "''')

in your query string.

'' comes down to '. (That's two single quotes, not a double quote)
