Is it all possible to open a *.ocx file?

.OCX is a binary finle and you cant open it in a text editor. I think you can do it in Hackman or Resource hacker...I'm not sure however.. but these offer assembler level code and you must be well equipped with Assembler language...

However you can view the controls by adding the ocx to your project.
