i have a HDD in previous work fine. but i use FDISK and delete all partitions
then reset my pc after REset the PC it's not gettiing the HDD
and give error
(i also use bootalbe CD to boot the PC but it also not getting theHDD)
wot i do now?

You need to create a new partition (using fdisk on a boot-disk. This can be downloaded here ) the format that partition THEN you can see it using a boot-CD
What's the error you are getting.
Also, if you are using the Windows XP or Windows 2000 CD, you don't need to use FDisk, the setup provides a better way of doing it.
Have you already format your HDD after delete the partition ???
when i detate it after DEL it's detate the HDD
but when the booting come it gave error
i forget the error but it's some thing like this:
no primary master found press F1 to continue or DEL.....
i also change the cabel but same thing
wot should i do now ???
There are several reasons why you may get this error:Quote:

- The hard disk is setup incorrectly in the BIOS. Go into the BIOS and use the IDE auto detection to find the hard disk and reboot.
- The IDE cable is plugged in the wrong way or its dead.
Check the IDE cables are in properly and that the red side is plugged into pin 1. Failing that try changing the IDE cable.- The hard disk is dead - if thats the
case you porbably need to buy a new one.
