This is a right laugh on a school intranet running Windows 9x PCs...
Go Start->Run, then type
If they have drive c shared...then watch those blue screens popup...and the user's words will be blue too :DCode:\\computername\share\con\con

I love the Con/con error in Windows!
It's great for crashing!
I just don't know why MS never fixed it in 98...
They wouldn't know where to start ;).
I onc3e applied for a dubugging position at microsoft, but i left when they asked what a bug was...
There is no such thing as a bug.
Only an "Unresolved Technical Opportunity"
:D
for the con thing, does the blue screen apear on your computer to (the user who types it in)? and what error message comes up. and does it delete anything?
All I get is a Error Dialog that says "The Network Name Cannot Be found"
using this
\\Pc04\share\con\con
and yes that is valid, because I can get to C:
just by doing this
\\Pc04\c
But is the remote computer running NT?
dimava - it appears on the remote computer. The message is something about VFAT, and it doesn't delete anything (although open files will be obliterated slightly).
Just checked Windows Update...
