Supressing a graphic depending on who's name is in another field

Ok, I know that was a long subject but I didn't want to make it to ambiguous. What I have is two company logos, logoA and logoB. I have ten sales people: Jim, Harry, Mary, Tina, Charles, Amy, Monte, Sue, Dan, and Kim. On the invoice, I want to be able to switch the logo based on whos name is enter in the sales person field. If a womens name is used, logoA should appear on the top of the page, if a mans name is used, logoB should appear on the top of the page. Any suggestions wellcome.

I suppose you would create some sort of a formula such that

if {name} = male then "c:\picture.bmp"
else "C:\picture2.bmp"

Ok, if, then else approach works for me, but please tell me how would I determine which names are male and which are not?

You will have to make that determination.
