Lotus Notes

Does anyone know how I can export my lotus notes phone list into a VCF file for outlook 2003??

I don't have lotus...

but on the Outlook side under the FILE menu there is an Import/Export option that asks if you want to get data from another program...maybe you can just pick the lotus data and grab it using the wizardy thing there.

I looked at that, you actually have to have exported the file first..

What "From another program" means is another programs file format..
