high quality rotation? anyone knows how to do it?
If you rotate an image with GDI+ you lose some quality. The edges especially look crooked and weird. I don't really think there is a way to fix this using .NET classes. But does anyone know any other ways?

Is there a technique for refining the quality? cuz if I know the name then maybe I can research a bit better :D
