Would you mind helping me this problem:
i want to make a program that when i run it for the 1st time,it will call a message ,for eg:"hello", and when i run it for the second times and later times,the message will say " hello,again"
Please help me!!!!

You could save something in the Registry, or create a file...
I'd suggest using a .INI file to save the setting, take a look at this example to see how to do something along those lines:

Mabey make a variable that keeps the count of times the program has been executed, play around a bit and if you need more help just ask :D
