Well, you can't really do this in HTML. You can do it in JavaScript, but due to alot of malicious scripts, many browsers and alot of security software prevent this script from executing.
Sounds like he is looking for create a browser hijack.
One which forces the browser to add reg keys upon startup and redirect to or pop up ads.
I hate browser hijacks and the suggestion of making one just confounds me.
I know, but it's not my place to judge whether or not someone's project is legitimate unless they give the specifics of what the program does. Though this does sound suspicious, I'm not going to interfere.Quote:
