ive tried opening the files in my version but they dont work.
do i have to get another version or is there a way to get round this.
would vb.net standard 2003 allow me to open and play the files?
please help
cheers.
-
No you cannot open VB6 project files in VB.net.
You should find a Version of Visual Basic 6 Professional or Standard(?)
-
You SHOULD move straight to VB .NET..
Here's a free .Net ide to get you going...

hi
is MS Visual Studio Professional Edition - ( v. 6.0 ) the same as visual basic 6 professional?
or would they be compatible with each other?
cheers for the help:)

They are one and the same. VS professional 6.0 just includes VB6.0 professional along with VS C++ Professional, some data languages, and such.
