outlook formatting

When I have an e mail in a rich text format or html with proper font and color etc. when I hit reply the entire format reverts to currier and all formatting is lost, I would like to get this fixed, I spend a lot of time reformatting. NOTE: I have already played with the e mail option to rich text and html and nothing seems to help.

I face a similar problem, and I had to switch over to Rich Text format (much to my disappointment, I preferred HTML), and I faced no further problems.

What I've noticed is, if you have HTML by default, and you reply to a Rich Text or Unicode email, everything gets screwed up. Never found a solution.
