Control Outlook Settings with VBA

Hello,

I need to develop a macro to do the upgrade of data from Outlook Express 4, 5 and Outlook 98 to Outlook 2000.

Since now, the better I could do was recurring to SendKeys, but this is a very instable solution.

Does anyone know how can I control things like:

- add Personnel Folder (specific file)
- Import AddressBook (from Outlook Express 4)
- activate the autonome mode
- ect..

???

I've been looking for information all over the Net, but I can't find anything.

Please, some help would be appreciated.
