MAPImessage.show and security

I am using mapisession / mapimessage components to create an email, and have two probs
1) I can use mapimessage.show to display the address book dialog. After selecting an address and clicking ok, i return to my app and want to access the selected address - how do i do this ?

2) Using mapi brings up the outlook security along the lines of
'A program is trying to access email addresses in outlook. Do you want to allow this ?'
How do i stop these messages appearing ?

have checked other threads but couldn't quite find what i wanted.....
