Form shape

I would like to create a form in another shape other
then a square. A not definite shape, something of
my mind. How can I do that?
Please add a code.

Look in the tutorials. There were was a tutorial in creating forms of any shape several months ago because I used it for a project I was working on at the time. If you dont find it email me and I'll see if I can didg out some code.
