Zone Alarm and VBF ?[Resolved]

Does anyone have any conflict between Zone Alarm and VBF cookies ? I can't reply here unless the firewall is off . :( How can I customize it to accept only VBF Cookies ?

You won't be able to post because everytime you click a link, it checks your cookie to see if you are logged in. From memory (very sketchy, i havn't used it in ages) it's in the privacy area somewhere, look on their website or google it, you should be able to find it.

works for me, were you using Zone Alarm pro? If so, i configured mine through cache cleaner to keep cookies stored for VBF

Yeah, its a good feature. You can tell it to keep say the VBF cookie, and remove all the other crap ones. Saves you logging in all the time, i use Cache Cleaner every hour or so to keep things running fairly smooth, you can also set it to remove documents, recycle bin and more!

every hour ?? Too much ;) unless you surf the web 24 hours and spend 5 minutes at least on each site you visit !!

only takes two ticks to do, in an hour you build up Temp and cache files of images, downloads, cookies, typed URLS, recent document, deleted files and more. Plus, it keeps recent documents hidden from the next person who might use my computer, such as my dad.

Its a valuable tool is the Cache Cleaner;)

For cookies, i use IE's built in one, just set the thing up to high or something and watch the status bar for the eye on sites you visit frequently, allow that site and you're on the way to browsing bliss.
