Changing Names:

Hello Everyone:

I would like to know if and how I can change a user name in MS XP, Under Documents and Settings. When I try to change it I keep getting a message that says I can’t change it. Any Ideas?

do this...
start...settings...control panel(switch to classic view)...administrative tools...computer management...locla users and groups...users...then right click and rename the user.

I followed Cid's directions, but could not find the locl user and groups.

Ok try this...

Start...Control Panel(dont switch to classic view)...User accounts...Change an Account...pick the account...Change my name.
