Help with Setup

I just created a setup for one of my applications and I'm getting the following error when I try to start the app after installing it...

"File or assembly name Interop.ADODB, or one of its dependencies, was not found."

what do i have to do to fix this?
I included the file interop.ADODB in my app, but that didn't help..

and I also installed the latest MDAC (2.8), the one I used for my app... no help there
