MDAC 2.8 on WinNT SP5

Hi all, I have and old WinNt4 Server running Service Pack 5. I have to update the Mdac to version 2.8

Does anyone know if I first have to upgreade to SP6a for WinNt first or will he Mdac 2.8 work fine with SP5?

Whilst it is possible to run MDAC on NT 5, i'de highly recommend you upgrade to SP6 first. ;)
