which edition should i use

hello,

i would like to use "crystal reports" in my client-applications.

My aim is to distribute .rpt files with the program.

the reports will be already compiled. The user will be able to print the reports.

which edition should i buy :
1. the developer edition.
2. the Professional edition.

do i need to buy licence for each client station or can i buy only the program ?

notice, the user will not be able, to create dynamic report in the client side (the reports are already compiled).
