Project in VB.net

Hi!

I am new to VB.net . I want some project ideas, so that I will be have a direction when working with .Net. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.

If you want to use the maximum of VB.NET techniques as quickly as possible, develop a business accounting type application which includes graphical displays. You will have to, amongst other things, create a database (if you feel really up to it, create it with VB.NET code): Issue invoices (use combo boxes for selecting customers): Download your bank entries: Develop stock control etc.

This assumes that you have been competent in another visual language and simply want to familiarise yourself with VB.NET. (But if you are I have a horrible feeling that you would not be asking this question!!!)

huh , new to .NET and want some project ideas ? make use of your time and learn the syntax and how the .NET Framwork works .
