Remotely Debugging vs.net

I am sooo frustrated. Here is my situation. I have a win 2003 server, which houses my asp.net apps. I am running vs.net 2002 on my local machine, but all web projects are located on the server. When I try to debug any app. I get the following error.

I have reinstalled the .net runtimes (v1.1). I have re registered the dll's. I have given all the permissions I can think of. What else? I am sooo frustrated....
