create a report for a single record

Hello

I am using a datagrid for displaying company employee details. I would like to create a report to show the details of one employee l click on in the grid. Example, if l want to create a report for a perticular employee, l click they record on the grid and then click a button that will create that report for them.

i am using the data report and the data environment.

I have never done this before, so some code examples would be most grateful.
