You really need to narrow the field down a little.

that's whaat need a concept, a title, or an idea.

• helpdesk application
• custom internal LAN messenger
• multiplayer asteroids
• a syndicate lottery manager

I have to agree. This is a VERY strange question. The list is endless. It also completely depends on what the office needs.
Or are you trying to write many apps then are you gonna try and flog them to office based companies?
