Problem with Crystal Reports

I am still having a problem with my crystal reports! I have created an electronic check Register that I use to balance my checkbook. I have installed it on 4 different PC's one of them belongs to my neighbor one of them is my wife’s and the other two are mine. I have a Laptop and a desktop, both have VS installed on them and crystal reports is registered.
Both of my PC's work fine to display crystal reports and to print. My wife’s PC and my neighbors PC do not work; they keep giving me an error. The Error that I am getting is as follows
" An unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application. Cannot find keykodeV2.dll/or invalid keycode"

I have already been to the crystal reports Web site and have followed there instructions to fix this error but was unable to resolve the matter.
Can and will someone please assist me in this matter? I am getting tired of messing with it. Is there some other way to print an access database? My program uses an underlying access database to save the entries in the check register.

Was one of the three Crystal website fixes to install the correct version of the keycode dll for the operating system? That's what fixed it for me when I had the same issue.

What OSs are all of the PCs running? Get the lowest common denominator keycode dll and you should be good to go.
