File -> Import and Export -> Export to a File -> Personal Folder File -> Choose whichever folder you want to export, and select where to put it....repeat process for other folders (ie address book).
Thanks I will try that...
Usually, the Outlook.pst file contains all that stuff. Does for Outlook 2003 anyway. There is an addon for 2003 that is designed for that process and should work in 2002. http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en
I simply back up the .pst file. It contains all the emails, address book, calendar etc. You can find out the path of the .pst file by right clicking and choosing properties.
That prog is easier, does it for you, no need to worry about it.
Hehe...I have formated my whole HD now. And I backed it up using the first method. It was only 5 catalogues that I had to back up, so it didn't take that long. And now everything is working agian. Thanks for all your replies...
