Hi guys.
Does anyone know this:
Can I use the Framework V1.1 if I only have VS2002?
And if I can, is there any reason to do it?
I mean, can I benefit from new features and fixes?

Yes, you can install them both.
You still need 1.0 installed tho (mine crashed when I removed it anyway).
There are a lot of bug fixes in 1.1 (collection memory being a major one for me), but you wont tell unless you really really look what one your using anyway. VS2003 allows you to pick which framework your program uses as well.
Id say install 1.1 alongside 1.0 and then just distribute your app with 1.1 only. It ensure that your customers dont have to install it again if you update to VS2003.
Pax,
Is this in respone to the print copies issue we've discovered in a previous post?
If it is, let me know if it works and how you did it.
Thank's guys.
Hole-In-One: Yes, it's partially the reason.
I don't know when I will try it. It's a rather big download. But when I do, I'll post the result.
You can't use framework version 1.1 with vs 2002.
Or can you?
No 2002 uses 1.0 and 2003 uses 1.1Quote:
