Hello, I am getting a weird friggin error. I have different crystal reports printing on different printers and sometimes a report prints in tiny font. In the other printer sometimes a report gets printed out with huge letters. I cant find any posible reason for this so I would appreciate any suggestions.
The only time I have encountered this problem was when we used a font that was not supported by the printer. The printer would then substitute a default font. But that was many years ago and should not be a concern now.
Are you using any unusual fonts? Does you report contain any graphics?
I use tahoma mostly
But yes now that you mention it the printer is an old OKI 590 tractor feed. I will try to use a more classic type of font.
