save the data from textbox

I have a table having more that 50+ fields and for which data entry has to be made
so i have a form with as many textbox
the name of the textbox and the fieldname remains the same

know i have to populate and save the record

in vb 6 i used a for loop

to populate

for i = 0 to rs.fields.count - 1
me.controls(rs(i).name) = rs(i)
next

same to save

but it does not work with VB net

please help

i have a solution of it but it takes hell of time

can u help me with some faster solution
