What Version is needed..

Hey all, is Crystal Reports (or server) version 8.5 compatible with ASP.NET? Or do I need version 9?

If you are using .NET, CR used to have the CR for Visual Studio .NET version. They are actually dropping this (IMO) and asking you to upgrade to Version 9. So if you have 8.5, you may be out of luck.

OK, so just to verify, if we have the Crystal Enterprise Server Professional 8.5, I will need to upgrade that to 9 in order to hit it with ASP.NET.

My understanding is the version that comes with VS.NET is a throttled down version of 9, at best.. i just wasnt aware that they were going to drop support for it.
