Outlook 2003 mail format...

I have 4 accounts going to separate folders in Outlook 2003.

On two of them, mail in HTML format comes in as HTML format. But on the other two, all I get is plain text format.

I've looked through everything I can think of, but I can't find anything that would cause this on a per account basis.

Any ideas?
