When I press Ctrl+N in IE to open up a new browser window, it'll load up the same page that I was viewing in the first window. Is there anyway to default the new window to about:blank?

I like that it is opening the same window in IE.....in Firebird it is opening the home page...:(
Poppy pooping Puppet!
This is IE! I'm sure there's a setting for this, I've seen other people opening new windows defaulting to the home page!
I dunno.....IE and simple in the same sentence....seems like an oxymoron to me.
Not sure how to do it with IE because every time I read anything M$ writes I end up so far away from the original fact of why I was reading in the first place I get frustrated so I quit reading it. [end of tangent]

No, and I'm thinking that what I saw may have been a figment of my imagination, because all the browsers I see now open up the same page!!
Am I crazy?

If it's any frustration for you, I've switched to Mozilla.
:afrog:
I'm still hopeful for a solution for this...
Use Opera, its New WIndow is default empty, and new tabs are default blankQuote:
