Adding Flash component

It is seem to be wierd to me that I cannot find Flash.ocx in the Project>Add component menu... in order to add flash file to my solution.
( To add a component, click on the Project and then on Components. Look for the name “Shockwave Flash” in the list and include it in the project. The file name against this component points to Flash.ocx (or SWFlash.ocx).)

I have Flash player installed on my PC .... Can somebody tell me what can be the problem that I cannot see it in the component menu, please....?
